A former English teacher who values spiritual formation, authentic learning, and real-life discipleship. Brent and his wife of 30+ years, Julie, served as missionaries with Antioch in Thailand for two decades. He remains deeply grateful for more than 30 years of experience in education—spanning public and private schools, U.S. Christian universities, and Thailand state universities. The Penningtons have four amazing kids, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a giggly, joy-filled grandson.

Loves: mentoring leaders, building community, hiking, biking, fly fishing, and reading poetry.

James has been a part of Antioch Fort Worth since 2001. He and his family were a part of a church-planting team in Eastern Europe for seven years, and returned to Fort Worth in 2011 to serve in this position. James received his undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University in Religious Education, and his M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. In addition to directing AMI Fort Worth, James is also involved in business leadership and real estate in hopes of helping himself and others to bridge the gap between our faith and the workplace.

Graydon has worked at Antioch Fort Worth since 2015, and he’s been Discipleship Pastor since 2023. He is passionate about Spiritual formation, advocating for justice, and helping people think through deep topics. He studied religion at TCU in undergrad (go frogs!), and he has an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Bryan has been a part of Antioch for over 17 years and has a deep love for the church. He is a husband to a beautiful wife and an amazing daughter. Bryan gets excited about bringing order to chaos and has a passion for long-haul discipleship within the local church family! He also really enjoys cycling, hiking, and being in beautiful spaces.

Loves: solving problems, coaching and encouraging people, hiking, biking, reading books about mountaineering and exploration 

Laura has been a part of Antioch Fort Worth since 2001, on staff since 2004, and served with her husband on one of AFW’s first overseas church planting teams in Eastern Europe from 2004-2011. Laura is currently an AFW Ministry Leader serving as AFW’s Pastoral Care Director, as well as, AMI FW’s Member Care Director working with overseas field workers and their families, and also serves on the Antioch Movement Support Office (MSO) Member Care Team. Laura is passionate about walking alongside others seeking to find and fulfill their calling from a place of spiritual & emotional health, wellness and sustainability. Laura has a counseling and nursing background, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and is a trained life & leadership coach. 

Loves: hanging out with her husband, spending time with her girls, and travel.

Will got involved with the Antioch Movement in Waco in 2002 and on staff at various locations with the movement since 2007. He lived overseas in South Asia for 8 years which caused him to have a heart for all the nations to come to know Jesus. He has been on staff at Antioch Fort Worth since 2017. 

Loves: spending time with his family (wife and three amazing kids) and following Dallas sports teams.

Aaron has been leading worship at Antioch since 2013. He is a lifelong lover and learner of instruments, singing, and other various forms of building and creating.  Aaron believes in and is passionate about the power that comes when the church gathers to worship together. He works to build teams, empower leaders, and equip/ teach players/ singers to lead the church body in spirit and truth worship. Off the stage, Aaron is a family man and girl dad, working with his wife and best friend, Emily, to raise their 3 beautiful daughters.

Loves: adventures with his twins, Harper and Liv, and tickles with his youngest, Sunday Joy. 

Lyndy has served on staff at Antioch since 2000. She has served as a children’s pastor for many of those years, has worked with the women of Antioch Fort Worth since 2017 and with Life groups more recently. She loves the nations and was part of church-planting with her family for 9 years in Honolulu, Hawaii. She thrives when she is discipling, helping others grow in spiritual formation and creating spaces for women to gather to experience the presence of God.

Loves: being a boy mom and enjoys anything outdoors, the water, traveling, and hosting in her home.

Jordan is our west coast representative on the Antioch Staff. After growing up in California, He moved to Texas to get a degree from TCU and then jumped on staff here after graduation. He has big faith for the revival the Lord wants to bring to Gen Z and believes that the life that young people are searching for is found in the church.

Fun Fact: Jordan is an avid comic book reader and is the only member of the staff who LOVED the Luka Doncic trade.

Isaiah is passionate about helping students follow Jesus and thrive in the local church. He and his wife, Lauran, love doing ministry together while raising their two energetic kids, Eliana and Theo. He also enjoys being a part of the Production Team and making our Sunday Services a space where people can encounter Jesus. He holds a degree in Biblical Studies from Southwestern Seminary and is a proud graduate of the Antioch Movement’s Leadership Track. 

Fun Fact: Isaiah loves professional wrestling and performing in local theater – yes, we know that he’s dramatic…

Rena, with her unique background, she adds colors to her ministries. She is a mom of two elementary children, and she delights when she sees them growing in Jesus, that gives her extra motivation to invest in the next generation. She has been serving Muslim communities since 2008, she has a deep relationship with her ESL students and their kids. She loves to serve and share the love of God with those who do not know Him.

Loves: learning languages(she knows five languages already), reading, any activity in nature and TRAVELLING.   

Bailey has been a member at Antioch Fort Worth since 2018 and on staff since 2022 in various roles in the college ministry and now LifeGroups. She is passionate about families feeling equipped, empowered, and envisioned to passionately pursue Jesus together as they walk out the unique call of God in their home, workplace, and spheres of influence. She desires to see families feel deeply connected to Jesus and His church through being disciples and making disciples in and out of their home. She and her husband, Christopher, have served overseas and traveled to over 30 countries bringing their four kids with them for many of their adventures. 

Fun Fact: All her kids’ middle names are after famous Manchester United players / managers.

Julie has been a part of Antioch since 2001, including serving in Asia for years as mama on mission, prayerfully pioneering, engaging others through teaching and administrating in education communities, and shadow pastoring.  Julie feels fully alive when she is spiritual companioning alongside another.  With this deep passion for guiding others in transformative spiritual growth, Julie has provided leadership in a variety of ministry settings, including women’s retreats, community worship, championing resilient families, as well as identifying and empowering emerging leaders and teams. 

Loves: being wife to Brent, mothering and grandmothering, beauty and hospitality, adoption, creative prayer, traveling.

Olivia’s Antioch journey began as a college student at Antioch College Station (Whoop! 👍🏼), then moved to Antioch Indianapolis to work as the Comms Director, and came to Fort Worth in 2021. She not only keeps the church in the know, but she also brings the creative element of design to our events as well as leads the Creative Team. 

Fun Fact: Olivia earned college degrees in Foreign Language (ASL), Communication and Sport Management, and worked as a wedding florist in the Houston area before working in ministry.

Sarah has been at Antioch since 2009 and on staff since 2014. Her roles include serving as an admin for the lead pastor, executive pastor, and ADS. If you stick around long enough, you’ll probably get an email from her!

Loves: reading (especially historical fiction), baking (cheesecakes), Europe, and going to concerts.

Ashley has been a part of Antioch Fort Worth since 2008 and on staff with AMI since 2013.  She is passionate about the local church and helping others grow in their walk with Jesus through life-on-life discipleship.  In her role as the Short-term Initiatives Manager, she loves creating opportunities for the local church body to engage in the mission of God around the world.

Loves: reading, traveling, watching live theater, baking with her daughter, and eating good food

Angela Reedy has been attending Antioch Fort Worth since 2008 and has been on staff since 2015 in multiple admin positions. She is passionate about the church and supporting the vision of the church, specifically LifeGroups at Antioch, of being a welcoming community where we encounter Jesus and grow as disciples. Angela grew up overseas but came back to Texas for college at Baylor University where she got her degree in Health Science studies and also graduated from University of Texas in Arlington with a biology degree. Angela has a passion to see people live wholehearted and healthy lives. Angela is married to Brandon and they are blessed with two beautiful children.

Loves: learning how to homeschool, reading and being a mom.

Been at Antioch since 2014 and that was a surprise because she thought she had retired.  Being here is the finest work on the planet.  

Loves: to pray with the Women’s Prayer of Antioch and listen to Jesus and how he wants to bring His Kingdom to this family of Antioch.  It takes a team .  I like the quiet life and gardening when I have the opportunity.  Fun Fact – Cheryl loves to visit the farm, watch wild life,  watch crops grow – she used to lead worship and play guitar. (really back in the day)  

Director of “For The One” Outreach Ministry serving our unhoused loved ones. Attending Antioch since 2011. She joined the  AMI staff in 2021. She loves Jesus and every day is a classroom learning a Greater dimension of His Love and reflexively making it known to the hearts she encounters. Her motto for living:  “In and thru all – always trust God More!”

Mare loves the beach in the winter and mountains in the summer. 

Fun fact: Prior to coming on staff, She was a horse trainer for 45yrs. 

Originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, I moved to Fort Worth in 2020 when I started my first year at TCU. Early on during my time at TCU, I got involved in the college ministry and Antioch, where I made many relationships that have shaped who I am today. Growing in a deep relationship with Jesus and with others, I fell in love with the community at Antioch and decided I wanted to start serving in the Youth Ministry. I have been serving as the Youth admin since April 2025 and love the fun, spunk, and excitement that comes with this generation! Fun fact: I work for The Chosen on the side.

My family and I have been part of Antioch Fort Worth for 10+ years, and we’re so grateful for the community and spiritual growth we’ve found here. I serve as the Women’s Ministry Admin, where I love helping create space for women to connect with Jesus and each other. Outside of church, I’m a mom of 3 young kids, a passionate volunteer, and an advocate for healthy families and thriving schools in my community. I also enjoy finding creative ways to make people feel seen and valued—whether through a kind word, a shared meal, or a meaningful gift.

Emre is originally from Turkey and proudly considers himself Turkish-American. His deep love for America and his heart for serving others shine through everything he does. Emre has a unique gift for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact in their lives. His faith and service reflect the spirit of the early witnesses described in the Book of Acts.

Victoria has been a part of Antioch Fort Worth since 2017, served overseas with her husband and church planted in London for a few years. After moving back to the US, she has joined the Antioch Kids team as the Administrator. Victoria loves to spend time with her husband and growing family; she loves to serve the local church, spend time with refugees, enjoys art, all things creative, pastries, coffee, traveling, reading and nature.

I originally got connected with Antioch in College Station while earning a degree in Education from Texas A&M. After getting married, my husband and I joined Antioch Fort Worth in 2015 and have been deeply impacted by the church community we’ve found here. I am grateful to use my experience and passion for children to serve the next generation of believers and their families. I love being a mom and enjoy spending time with my family, especially around a good meal, beautiful arts & crafts, or anything outdoors.

Originally from Minnesota, Abby moved to Fort Worth to study at TCU. During her time there, she got involved with the college ministry at Antioch and developed a deep relationship with Jesus, a love for the church and a heart for the nations. She has been serving on staff with the college ministry since the fall of 2024.

Loves: reading, travelling, good food and enjoying the outdoors (especially in a boat on a lake)

Erin is passionate about seeing whole families walk with Jesus—and that starts in the early years. She leads with joy, creativity, and care, creating spaces where even the littlest hearts can hear God’s voice.
