Join us in our mission to make disciples of all nations through the opportunities below.
God’s heart beats for the nations of the earth and He’s invited us to join Him in what He’s doing around the world. Our impact trips are one of the ways that we can join in the mission of God to make disciples of all nations. We want to see the people of Antioch Fort Worth activated to share and multiply the life of Jesus in our city, in our nation, and the nations of the earth. Impact trip locations and dates are generally announced each fall and we desire to have opportunities available for every season of life.
SERVE is an opportunity to spend 3-11 months as part of an international church planting team. Participants get the experience of making disciples, living cross-culturally, and working as a team under the leadership of seasoned missionaries. This internship experience helps young people determine whether long-term church planting is right for them. Timeframes and costs for the internships will vary based on location and will be subject to final approval from the Long-Term Team who will be hosting. Please note that the SERVE application is in-depth and comes with the requirement of having finished an Antioch Discipleship School.
Engage the Nations is the Antioch Movement’s summer missions internship program Engage the Nations exists to bridge the gap between the local church and our long-term teams by mobilizing interns to help fulfill the Great Commission in this generation. We will mobilize teams for 3-month internships that will work with long-term teams to catalyze church planting and disciple-making movements in their regions. Our goal is that each intern will have encounters with Jesus, be equipped as a disciple-maker, be envisioned for the lost, and learn how to support the long-term work going on around the world. We hope that our summer teams will be able to identify key, fruitful, and apostolic locals who, upon the team’s departure at the end of the summer, can be connected with the long-term team for continued investment and discipleship.
We believe we are called to be an epicenter, sending the church much like we see in the book of Acts. As a result of this vision, we have created a pathway to train, send, and support long-term church planters and missionaries to the nations of the earth. Antioch Fort Worth is a part of the Antioch International Movement of Churches which has hundreds of church-planting and disciple-making teams all around the world. If your heart beats for the nations, fill out the mission interest form to hear more about how you can be a part of what God is doing around the world.
Acts of Mercy is the crisis relief and disaster relief arm of the Antioch Movement. Acts of Mercy works to mobilize the Church to save lives in times of disaster and to bring sustainable transformation to communities locally and around the world.
Antioch is catalyzing city transformation through the local church by meeting community needs in vulnerable and under-resourced areas.
DASH's Mission: In response to the compassionate and welcoming love of Jesus, DASH Network exists to love people who are seeking asylum by serving their physical and relational needs.
DASH's Vision: To ensure that every individual seeking asylum is met with Christ’s love as all members of the DASH family are equipped to thrive.
Adult language and literacy education is a key human service needed for any newcomer to the area. With English skills, immigrants can be more effective parents, participating in their children's education and social development. These skills also enable immigrants to actively contribute to the vibrancy of our communities. Launching on September 13, 2024, we will start a program called English Corner. We are aligning with the existing ESL program to create a space for participants to practice speaking English. We will pair them with language partners—native English speakers—with the purpose of providing one-on-one interaction opportunities.
Each November, Antioch Fort Worth partners with Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree Christmas™ to equip churches in restoring and strengthening relationships between incarcerated parents and their children and families. Every Christmas, Angel Tree mobilizes local churches and organizations to minister to hundreds of thousands of children by delivering a gift, the Gospel message, and a personal message of love on behalf of their incarcerated parent.
